For all purchases from this site www.tigrasport.com, we offer worldwide free shipping from our warehouse in Hong Kong. For items with rechargeable batteries inside, shipping is by FedEx. For one-time order value above USD150, shipping will also be automatically upgraded to FedEx. For all others, shipping method is by Postal Service (international priority mail in most cases).
Full tracking service is available for:
- All shipments by FedEx;
- Shipments by Postal Service (priority mail) for the following countries: United States, Canada, Brazil, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.
Depending on your location, your order normally will arrive in 3-5 days from date of shipment if shipped by FedEx, or 7-10 business days if by Airmail. However, sometimes it may take longer before/during holiday seasons, or if the item has been held up by the Customs for inspection, or if you are located in remote areas or countries (eg. Brazil), or if there is a temporary service disruption in your country due to weather, natural disaster or industrial actions.
If your order is entitled to a tracking number, after receiving the tracking number from us please check the movement of the package with the tracking site provided. For shipments by Postal Service, tracking after the item has arrived in your countries may not be available for all countries. Check the tracking site provided for details.
For those who prefer faster shipment irrespective of item type and value, we also offer the following alternative shipping modes subject to extra charges:

The tracking no. usually consists of 12 numeric characters (eg. 8733 1630 8700).
IMPORTANT: our shipping only covers freight charges to the shipping address stated in your order, and NOT customs duties or other taxes (eg. VAT) that may sometimes be levied by the authority in your host country. For details, please check with your local authorities. In any case we will not take responsibility for such charges.
We accept return and refund under the following situations. First, if there is any major defect in the product which renders it unfit for the claimed purposes, we offer full refund after return of the product to us in its original packaging within 45 days of the purchase or 7 days of receipt of the product by purchaser, whichever happens first. Second, for any other reasons of return, we offer full refund only for the purchase price of the product(s) in question (ie. not including shipping cost) provided the product is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 45 days of the purchase or 7 days of receipt of the product by purchaser, whichever happens first. To start the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a proof of purchase and the reason for return. We will then email back with instructions on how to proceed. In any case, purchaser has to send the item back to us at his/her own cost. For items valued at USD40 or above, we strongly recommend the use of a trackable shipping service. We will assess the returned item and apply a refund if appropriate. This normally will take around 2 weeks from the date we receive the item. Refund will only be made through the original payment method used with the purchase, under the name of the invoiced party. The refund amount will not include any handling charges or admin fees, if any, charged by third parties processing the payment.
All Tigra Sport products are supported by a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and/or workmanship for 1 year (or other periods required by local laws) from original purchase date. This warranty does not apply to any product which may have been abused, neglected, modified or used for a purpose other than the intended manufactured purpose. The warranty is valid only for the original owner who purchases the unit from Tigra Sport or an authorized dealer. Warranty protection is not valid for products transferred. Tigra Sport reserves the right to replace any out-of-stock or discontinued product with a comparable product. This warranty does not imply any acceptance by Tigra Sport, its retailers or agents for consequential loss or damage and specifically excludes fair wear and tear, accident, misuse or any unauthorized modification. Any content or items are NOT covered by the limited manufacturer’s warranty. Except as or provided herein, the manufacturer accepts no liability or responsibility to a customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use or performance of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty, including, but not limited to, any damages resulting in inconvenience, loss of time, data, property, or profit or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even If the manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Please retain all original packaging materials for possible future use. It is suggested that you keep purchase information in a safe place for future reference. In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, return of the product and your sales receipt as proof of purchase date for your unit is required and shall, at the discretions of the manufacturer, result in:
(a) correction of the defect by repair without charge for parts and labor;
(b) replacement with the same or similar design; or
(c) refund for the purchase price If purchased directly from Tigra Sport and returned within 30 days of purchase. All replaced parts and products, on which a refund may be made, become the property of the manufacturer. New or reconditioned parts/products should be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover:
(a) damage or failure caused by or attributed to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper
installation or improper maintenance, alteration, lightning or excessive voltage or current;
(b) any repairs other than those provided by an authorized Tigra Sport service facility;
(d) cosmetic damage;
(e) transportation, shipping or insurance costs;
(f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up, service adjustment or re-installation.
